However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you with our return process. Below you’ll find the details of our return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.  


Return Window  

- We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is within this period.  

To initiate a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (not affecting secondary sales), including all packaging, tags, and accessories that were included. 

IMPORTANT REMINDER: If you need to return bag items please do not remove the Handle protection packaging and Hardware protector (metal protection film), otherwise it can not be returned.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the next steps, including the return address and instructions for sending the item back to us.  


Refunds  

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.  

- Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. If you paid via credit card, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.  


Exchanges  

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Defective Items  

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@josiiluxury.com. We will provide a free return shipping label for the return of the defective item and offer you a full refund or a replacement.  


Normal Defects and Subtle Differences

As our products are high-imitation luxury items, please be aware that some normal and subtle variations in size, color, and other details may occur due to the manufacturing process. These slight differences, such as a slight color variation or a small size discrepancy, are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or refund.

We strive to replicate the original designs as closely as possible, but minor inconsistencies can occur due to the handcrafting process and the use of custom materials. Please keep in mind that these variations are part of the nature of high-quality imitations and are expected with luxury-inspired products.
